New bra

Heyyyy! :D

I just bought a new sport bra today.. :) The price was 24.95€ ($33,64). It is from DECATHLON, it's a french business dedicated to sports material from snowboard, running or scuba diving until horse riding, soccer or hiking :) It's not the cheapest store you can find, but it's the only one we have in Mallorca for sport material... We have malls and stores that have specific material, but not like this one.

My new sport bra! :D

Also, just sharing things with you guys, I have to say that I LOVE COWS! hahaha :D Last week, I went to the stable where one my best friends has some competitions and that stuff, was thowing a party/competition of western riding and rodeo... I couldn't go to the show, but I went afterwards and took some pictures! :D
It's silly, but I love cows and was like my dream to pet one! haha
I would love to touch a giraffe and a dolphin too... LOL I'm too stupid

Ohhhhhhh COWS <3

Meal prep and others :)

Hello everybody! :D

Today was my first preparation meals day!
I just boiled some broccoli, carrots, green beans, eggs, brown rice and cooked turkey and chicken burguers :) I still need to cook the chicken breast, still thinking how to make them :)

What do you think about them? Are they right?

Pic of the meal prep!

Today I also cooked for the first time a cauliflower crust pizza! I was ok... I mean it can totally substitute a "real pizza" in a pizza night where everybody is eating that, but what I didn't like was that it was not "crispy".

The recipe was:
200gr of raw cauliflower (made crumbs, really small)
100gr of cream cheese (0% fat)
2 garlics (made crumbs)
1 medium egg
1/2 tsp (coffee) of salt
1 tsp of oregano
2 tsp of oil
A little bit of black pepper

Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 180ºC (356ºF)
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until everything is "bounded"
Put the dough in the oven tray and put in the oven for 20 minutes
Then, take it out and add the ingredients you want and oven again for 10 more minutes!

My cauliflower pizza :)

As I said before, is not great, but I like it, it's yummy and if you don't want to cheat, this is much better for you than a "real pizza". Hope you like the idea, someone told me and then I just checked on the internet for a recipe. I think I'll keep looking until I find one that I really like and make a crispy crust! :D Until then... hehehe

And also, last week I bought some green peppers, red peppers, onion, eggplant, pita bread and chicken breast and cooked this! :

Another style "fajita"

I use to cook fajitas (also my own style, but different from this). What I usually do is buy the Tortillas, and then also add some mexican powder to make them more flavorous. I just  use to cook everything together in a pan with some oil and then cook the chicken, mix it together and add the powder. Put it on the tortilla with some mayo and grated cheese.
This time I added the eggplant, and instead of using the mexican powder, just used some spices like pepper, or oregano.. And then changed the tortilla for pita bread and replace the mayo/cheese for 0% fat cream cheese :)

I am just starting at this of the eat cleaning style... I still cheat some days eating things I shouldn't.... But I'm happy that I decided to do this and make efforts for it and the work out...
My "cheatings" are not like chocolate, chips or candy... They are more like bread, peanuts... I've been craving this last week, I think it's because I could't go to my handball practice, but this week and next week I can go twice...

Also, I am happy about my handball practice/workout today :) According to the Nike app on my iPod, I run 2.65km (1.64miles) in 18 minutes and burned around 260 calories...
It wasn't just running straight, there were some stairs, ups-and-downs... And then after that we did the abs sets and ball games...
As I always read in all the journeys, a 7 minutes mile or 20 minutes mile, is STILL a mile... so I just need to keep going!! I am lapping everyone sitting on the couch :D

And as I always say and ask for, give advices if you want or can! I will be so happy to hear them!
And also new recipes or ideas!
Thank you so much for reading!!!

Today's workout!

Helloooo paaaaals!
So I'm gonna try to post more often, I hope i can do it... It's also to motivate myself and keep in track, this way I also show you how I'm doing :)

So my post for today is about my workout in my handball practice :D
The first we did was running, from B on the bottom until B on the top (I had to copy and paste because I couldn't do eberything with google maps because from B to A there's no street), I did it in 10 minutes, non stop.
Then, from B on the top until almost A we went upstairs (I had to walk  twice upstairs; there are 5 or 6 flights of stairs).
After that, we stop there for a few minutes right next to the Iberostar Estadi (our soccer team field, Mallorca), we stretch a little bit and count our pulse -not sure how to say it in English-. First time I got 42 (that's A LOT.. :( ), after 30 second or so, I got 32.
So, after this we kept running (I have to admit that I walked a lot here... I was so tired already).

Here is a google map capture of the run.

So after the run, we lifted weight, did plank, abs... We used medicine balls, handball balls, attack/defense exercises fron handball... etc. It was a good workout, from 8pm until 10pm total :)

Example of what we did, 3 sets of 30 secons each.

And then I got home and I had this for dinner... Boiled green beans and carrots with oil, vinegar salt and pepper; and 2 sandwich slices with tomato and 2 turkey breast slices. Is this OK for dinner? I really need advice on this, I can not do it alone! :D
Always my worst problem is breakfast... I never know what to eat...

My dinner today

So hope you like it! :D I know I always repeat it, but please comment! Support comments, advices, information... everything is welcome! :D
Thank you very much!

Progress?

Helloooooooo!!
So I am still working (I finish around October 13 or so...). I started with my handball training again! It's 3 days a week, but with my job I can only go 1 or 2 days...

I am happy about not gaining weight on this months, I haven't lost a lot but at least I lost something. I can say that I've lost around 10kg since I came back from the U.S (1 year ago). I need to keep going... I know that we always say "Do it for yourself or like yourself and not others" but I really like the guy who supplies the soda/snack/coffee machine in my job I want to like him.
I think I feel more comfortable since I've lost some weight but I am still really negative about what guys think about me, I have no self-estime... I think that's also why I don't "make out" with boys.

You know, there's always someone who tries to do it, but I am so negative about it that I think they are trying to make fun of me... :(

With this "coffee guy" (that's how I call him haha) I would love to have something... Everybody (my friends, colleagues...) is saying :
"TRY! You already have the NO.. the worst thing that can happen is that he doesn't like you, but what if he does? You are losing this opportunity!!!"
And I know they are right, and that I am not gonna see him anymore (at least for a long time, because I finish there) but I am really shy with this topics (dating guys).
I am even embarrassed to tell you about how many guys I've been with.

This is a weightloss journey, but right now is also a personal journey. I guess everything affects to the life, the way to see it, of living it and losing weight is affected too.

Well I guess I need support with this... and lately even more because I don't really know what to do with my life.

Well... love topics on the side... this is a photo from December (left) and Today (right). I see some progress, dont you think? :D Not a lot but a little bit.
I also can see it in my pants... I have a pair that when I left for the US (2 year ago) were OK, not too tight but not loose; while in the US there were not fitting me...; two days ago I tried them on and they were a little bit loose! :D I was so happy for that...

Those kind of things are the one who motivate you to keep going. But definitely I need to exercise more and eat better...

Thank you for reading me :D I accept any tip and advice... (I really need them! :(  )
