NOT MAKING PROGRESS! :(

Helloooooo!
I am a little bit mad about it... not sad, because I keep trying, but because I'm not losing any weight. I know that a lot of you say that the scale is not that important.. So what I am comforting myself thinking that maybe I am building some muscle... I don't know..
Maybe I have to start measuring mysel! I am all the time between 71.5kg and 70kg... So grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!

Well.. just say that Sunday was my last day of work and now I want to go running everyday (I still have my handball practice 3 days a week -Mon-Wed-Fri-), so go by myself on Tuesday and Thursday, and maybe Saturday.. We'll see about it.
Today (because we don't have a pavilion to train in) we went to a park next to my house, and I run 3.13km in 19:55 minutes... I have to keep going and improve, but I'm proud of myself and glad that I didn't stop.
Also my calves (not really the calf but the side, not behind... I don't know how to explain it) were hurting me, I guess I didn't stretch well and also the land was weird -with stones and uneven-, so my steps were not strong.

After the run we did leg exercises and arms, also speed and as always sit ups (5 different kinds).
